[iManage] – Error in Connection (Missing “Local network Access” permission)
Summary
User gets the following message when opening documents in iManage WEB
This is due to an issue with the latest builds of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Firefox and other browsers are not affected.
To fix in Chrome:
Click the below icon and enable “Local network access”. Then refresh/reload the page.
To fix in Microsoft Edge:
Click the below icon and ensure “Local network access” is ALLOWED. Then refresh/reload the page.
