[ZSD] How to create a new Support Request.
Summary
There are 2 methods to create a ticket.
1 - Via the portal - New Request -> Incident
- New Request -> Quick Call
2 - Email
1) Run the CW Support - Service Desk icon from your launcher, enter your CW initials email address and press Tab to 'Login with Azure'.
- Select New Request -> Incident and search for your software /printer or other item with issues.
-> OR choose a Quick Call Template to add specifics. More templates will be added.
