Summary
connect laptop /network cable to the mgmt port on the sonicwall
IP: 192.168.1.254
Set Laptop IP: 192.168.1.253 -> GW: 192.168.1.254
open sonicwall via mgmt - 192.168.1.254
login as SWADMIN - check notepad in laptop c:\temp
the home screen should reflect this
if not under -> Device -> High Availablility -> Advanced click "Force Active /Standby Failover"
- Check workstation for internet connectivity and phones.
