First check the following:

Check if camera is connected:

- Click Start and type 'Camera'. Click on Best Match 'Camera'. Does the camera work?

No...

Unplug the web camera and plug into a different USB port.

Does it work now? If yes, congratulations! Would you like to work in the Systems department part-time?

No...

Check to see if the camera is running on another software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If so, close it down and try again.

In Teams, click on the '...' next to your profile picture/initials and click on the gear icon to access the Settings.

Go to Devices > Camera > Ensure that Live Streamer CAM 313 is selected.

If working properly, you should see a preview image.
