Unplug the keyboard and mouse and try plugging into another USB port.

Still No...

Is your keyboard/mouse wired or wireless?

Wireless...

Get new batteries and try again.

Wired...

Restart your computer. If it still doesn't work, ask Systems for a new keyboard/mouse.

Still doesn't work?

Bang your head on the wall.
