[PRINTER] - Sent Jobs don't Show in Printer Queue
Summary
The print job does not appear in the printer's queue
Check to see if Copitrak is running. Print jobs are first sent to the Copitrak process. If there is an issue with the process, it will prevent print jobs from reaching the printer queue.Restarting the processes related to Copitrak may work but usually does not.The easiest way to resolve the issue is for the user to log off their profile and log back in. This closes and properly restarts the relevant Copitrak processes.
