[PRINTER] - Print Jobs are not Printing

Print Jobs are Paused in Printer Queue

Underlying Cause:

Copitrak

Solution:

Log off and log back into Windows Profile to end and restart the Copitrak processes. End tasking the processes doesn’t always work. If unable to do so at the time, right-click each print job and click ‘Resume’ to manually process the queue.

Print Jobs do not show up in the Queue

Underlying Cause:

            Could be a driver issue

Solution:

Delete and re-install the driver

Print Jobs still do not show up in Queue after Printer Reinstall

Solution:

            Restart your PC. Most likely your device hasn’t been restarted in a while
