[PRINTER] - Set Default Printer using Control Panel

How to set your default printer

Click on the Windows Start button and type 'Control Panel' > click on best match, "Control Panel"

Set View by: > Small icons, then look for 'Devices and Printers'




Right-click on your preferred printer and click "Set as Default Printer"


If in Word/Excel/Outlook/Adobe and the print dialog box is open, close the dialog box and print again. Your printer list should refresh and reflect the change.
