[METADATA] - Asking to Clean Attachments Sent to Internal Recipients

Summary

The Metadata Assistant pop-up is appearing when sending emails with attachments to internal recipients.
Click the Windows Start button and type "Metadata" > click on best match "Metadata Assistant 5"

Click on the Email tab and ensure a tick is next to "Only scan for attachments when sending to an external recipient
