[OUTLOOK] - Open an Encrypted Email - Workaround
Summary
Encrypted messaged protected by Microcosoft Purview Message Encryption cannot be read. When trying to read the message through the link provided, it gives the error:"Custom form cannot be opened"
- To read the encrypted email, create a new email and forward the encrypted email message as an attachment to yourself.
- Open the attachment and you should see a screen similar to the below:
- Click "Read the message". This will open the link through a web browser and into your Outlook Web. The contents should now be readable.
