[iPHONE] - Emails Not in Sync with PC Outlook Emails
Summary
User reports that not all emails are showing up on their phone email account. All emails do show up through the computer/laptop Outlook application.Usually due to sync issues with the email account on the phone.
Usually due to sync issues with the email account on the phone. To fix:
· Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
· Click the account associated with your work email. At the bottom of the given options, click “DELETE”. This will delete the account associated with your work email. THIS DOES NOT PERMANENTLY DELETE YOUR EMAILS, JUST THE EMAIL ACCOUNT ON THE PHONE.
· Go back to Accounts and instead click Add Account > Exchange
· Type in your email address in the following format:
initials@cwilson.com (eg. aet@cwilson.com)
· Give the account a name (eg. CW Exchange) and confirm. The account should automatically start configuring.
· Emails will start syncing after a few moments.
