[Kofax Power PDF] - Pages: Add/Remove/Manage
Add pages:
· Go to the Home tab.
· Click Insert under the “Pages” section.
· In the Insert Pages window:
§ Select the PDF file to insert.
§ Choose the page range you want to insert (All, Range, etc.).
§ Choose where you want to insert the pages:
· Click OK to complete the insertion.
Remove pages:
· Go to the Home tab.
· Click Extract in the “Pages” section.
· In the Extract Pages window:
§ Select the Current Page, a Range, or Selected.
§ (Optional) Check “Delete After Extraction” to remove the page from the original file.
· Click OK.
Rotate pages:
· Open the PDF in Kofax Power PDF.
· Go to the Home tab.
· Look for the Page Rotate section on the right-hand side.
· Choose one of the following options: Left or Right
Alternate Method to Manage your pages
· Use the Pages Panel on the left:
· Click on the Pages icon (document stack).
· Right-click on any thumbnail to:
§ Insert
§ Extract
§ Rotate
§ Delete
§ Replace
