[ADOBE] - Unable to Edit a PDF

Summary

User is unable to make modifications to an exisiting PDF file

Check the PDF properties and see if any security restrictions are enabled. 

  •  File > Properties > Security > Document Restrictions Summary
  • If there's a restriction on something you want to do (ie. Changing the document), you won't be able to do it.
