You are now on Clark Wilson’s Cloud telephone service. With this service you have the option to use the Cisco Jabber app to connect your Clark Wilson desk phone to your mobile phone. To install the app please do the following.

After you download the app to your phone, open the Cisco Jabber app.
Enter your User ID which is your 3 or 4 letter CW network login ID:
for example: abc@cwils.xway.telus.com
The app will find the Clark Wilson phone services and then present a password dialogue.
Enter your CW network login ID and network password.
-You may be prompted to use Face ID or Touch ID. Select your preference.
When using the app, you now have the ability to do the following.

-Dial 4 digit locals.

-Calls to your desktop phone are also directed to your Cisco Jabber app.

-Dial from the Cisco Jabber app. The call will appear to be coming from your office phone.
