[WORD] - Clicking the Word Document or iManage Link Does Not Open the Word Application

Summary

Word documents do not open. In iManage, the blue swirly icon appears but nothing happens.
When clicking a Word document from an email or l through local storage, Word does not load up.
The Word process has stopped responding in the background.

End Task the process through Task Manager.

Click Start > type Task Manager > click best match Task Manager.

Look for all instances of "Microsoft Word" > right-click and select 'End Task'.

Now try opening another Word document.
