Navigate to the website below:

Unified Communications Self Care Portal

*Note that this is an internal site, meaning it can only be accessed in the office or while connected to NetExtender.*

Login credentials with your credentials:

Username: initials

Password: your PC password

Click on the “Phones” tab > Call Forwarding. Put a tick next to “Forward all calls to” and from the dropdown menu, choose “Add Number”.

Type in your cellphone number and then click Save.

Calls from your office number will now be forwarded to your cellphone. To turn off, log back into this site and untick the forwarding option.
